The Universal Platform could easily be what Doc is referring to. Doc was a central figure in the formation of the NCPDP many years ago. For him to modernize the prescription platform for the AI era, he would have to work with many "editors": Big government (Medicare, Medicaid), PBM's, Pharmacies, Insurance companies and Healthcare Providers. Makes sense. Let's hope we are finally there.
