and?? where's the equipment? 3 mil tax write off?
nice write down helped the accounting that year didn't it, but where are the assets? the equipment certainly wasn't used as collateral for the bond guy and his horse. or did the lone ranger and tonto take them off into the sunset?
only a few people know where the equipment is in hiding. guess who's on that list?
i read the filings, but someone must have known it was getting denied in May of 2021 before the July 21, 2021 denial?
