Now that coronary artery disease seems legitimately on the list, we are literally talking about a molecule and immunomodulatory pathway that might benefit every major disease in the world. In such a scenario, does it seem odd that every major university and pharmaceutical company is not doing more research in this area.

I know it sounds like a broken record on this board, but are we just overhyping and deluding ourselves. How can this be possible.
