Why don't you provide a list where you feel the company has been DISHONEST!
And we shall discuss it.
Seems to me the past filings have provided a very open book on the status of the company..
Before you get started things that the company tried to do and failed is not dishonest just failure, and the company clearly told you propose projects success depended on them getting funding for those projects.
