Joe of the DE on July 30th said days or weeks we should see there 4k of docs uploaded on the sec.gov website. From there 30-60 day comment period. Thats regulation.
Also said fall or early winter. Somewhere in there we should hear something from doc. Unvc needs to be merged in order to qualify to list on the DE no diff then NAS. He needs to do it and show it before DE goes live.
The MSGA is anticipated to happen next year for the "venture" exchange to go live. Meantime the main exchange can still operate with the qualifying companies which Joe said will be listed on the DE website.
The postponement of the webinar doesn't change what the DE is waiting on re sec. Joe said once they get confirmation of uplifting they will hold a webinar notification for that.
