BCAP new CEO, this is all public info:
"I have no intention of conducting a reverse stock split (R/S). The only reason SONG previously executed a reverse split was based on advice from multiple firms and consultants, all of whom claimed that doing so would enable the company to retain a firm for the buyback program and facilitate easier handling of shares. However, that advice proved to be misleading. As for future plans, I do not intend to pursue another reverse stock split, nor am I considering a NASDAQ listing at this time. Instead, I plan to wait for the Dream Exchange to gain approval and uplist there once the company’s operations are fully streamlined and we have an actual operating business in place"
