The MAN has been around this drug for the better part of 20 years...he's incentivized on several levels...a doctor first...and a CEO...wanting to knock it out of the park...once done then...eyes toward NP2.
Vyera has not been mentioned for a while...several months ago ...I mentioned that the trustee/receiver would want to capitalize on any possible revenue streams.

I am not satisfied that they have finalized bankruptcy proceedings..and our relationship with them is over...they have morphed several times passing off the baton...three times in succession. I just want to be sure that they are History...not some roach emerging out of the cracks.
