Under leronlimab's concentrated formulation (which is what Cytodyn has always used) our patent protection is good until 2032. We also have patent protections for specific diseases that go long past that. There is also 12 year FDA exclusivity that starts when a biologics drug has it's first approval. Which means we would be the only one allowed to manufacture and sell that drug in the U.S. for 12 years.
