I agree with him that the final step in neurodegeneration is via the immune system.
Damping down neuroinflammation is a good strategy to prevent or slow the halt of these devastating illnesses. An immunomodulatory biologic like leronlimab might have a role in keeping killer T-cells from migrating to the brain to kill neurons. It will be very interesting to see what kind of pre-clinical results leronlimab might have for Alzheimer's, stroke, GBM, MS, or other.
