The entire voting registration process should be conducted by all citizens in person to re-register with absolute proof etc then mail in can resume. I have been voting by mail since hawks was born and that's a long time. If a citizen really wants to vote they will find a way to re-register that is if you truly believe in a secure voting system regardless or medical or financial conditions. We owe it to ourselves as US citizens.
