The filings had to happen to buy the time until Oct 28th. There could be some surprises left in the works. Let's hope for a one-two knockout swing and get off the ropes. Current valuation is around 7MM. If I were TT, would buy half the shares for 3.5MM. If price goes back to a buck, they would make about 50MM. If the believe in the technology and Verb as a partner, that would be a hugh win win.
