Wow, was that something else or what? Poor Whatley guy went through quite a ride back then. The guy had to read dozens of hyped up and highly promoted press releases about Sun Pacific Power signing that Elba, Al property purchase agreement. I’m guessing there was some pumping and dumping coordinated with the timing of that promotion. Maybe check the tape to see who was buying and selling before and during that week? And who knew what before the tweets and press releases before the 8-K was filed. By the time the 8-K was filled it was too late to sell. lol
