More patients would of course be better but a phase 2 only needs to show potential benefit to move on to phase 3. With leronlimab's multiple modes of action what stands out with this combo is leronlimab's ability to strip tumor defenses, increase immune response to kill existing tumor cells and stop metastasis. None of which either of the other drugs does. So I don't see a problem.
