Right to try and expanded compassionate use has been in effect since early 2018. When last I looked... expanded access has been Law of the Land in 41 States.
It requires a patient, a physician and an available drug...with All parties on the same page. IF it fails... there is no blowback from Law enforcement agencies...or the FDA.
