Blank filings out on Friday so we can forget about them on a Monday
I won’t forget
Seriously this guy is either lazy or clueless
using Covid in his disclosure statement on going concern.
He has no business no revenue no nothing
Well he has a small debt problem..,no biggie for a shell company with no business
“These consolidated financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which contemplates the realization of assets and
the satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business for the foreseeable future. As of June 30, 2024, and December 31, 2023,
the Company has an accumulated deficit of $ 33,026,306 and $ 32,405,278 since inception, respectively. This raises substantial doubt
about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
The extent of the impact of the coronavirus (“COVID‐19”) outbreak on the financial performance of the Company will depend on future
developments, including the duration and spread of the outbreak and related advisories and restrictions, and the impact of COVID‐19
on the overall economy, all of which are highly uncertain and cannot be predicted. If the overall economy is impacted for an extended
period, the Company’s future operating results may be materially adversely affected.”
