Odds co. files before James gets out of ihub jail?
I’d say 300:1 odds the company does file an audited SEC filing before Aug 19th. It won’t happen. No balls left when it comes to SEC disclosures. Tweets are complete joke along with an unaudited 2023 annual rag posted on OTC.
Why file a 2024 quarterly 10-q when it will only reveal a BIG FAT $0 FOR LAST 12 MONTHS OF SALES AND REVENUE??
