-Company's inability to sell a single dollar's worth of product in years
-Zero revenue yet exorbitant corporate spending
-Endless failed projects
-Utilizing the CEO's wife's real estate business to fund/train a solar sales team
-Bogus self-scripted press releases
-School girl-like Tweets
-CEO's involvement in the covert creation of a competitive entity
-CEO's call on X to hunt down a poster
-4000:1 haircut effectively wiping out shareholders
-SEC non-filer status for 2+ quarters and subsequent termination filing
-Unaudited BS annual report
-Going "dark" to avoid "trollness"
