May 4 2023 an individual allegedly solicited FoxEss and allegedly spread defaming and slanderous comments about SNPW.
For the sake of this discussion we are assuming FoxEss or it partner company is one of the funders for the 50 million fincing of the US manufacturing ,
Around June or July of the same year the contract was allowed to expire.
One of the reasons given "which was unable to close on its financing"
