Couldn't help but think of the settlement when I saw this comparison:

The fact that we've had to issue *so* many shares to stay afloat while we disprove Amarex's betrayal.....that cost us much and continues to do so. I hope Amarex and its parent 'go through some things' and go BK, maybe with some criminal time included. They deserve it.
