Speaking of ForeignCitizen, I found it interesting, still do, that he posted the below message on 1/17/2023 - 8 days prior to snpw announcing ELBA.
I suppose it was just a lucky guess, clairvoyant etc. by Foreign.

Since Alabama is a different state how do you know they are not setting up another entity in the state under a different name. Tweets are binding comments from an SEC fully reported company, Comments and posts here are speculative and also can be deceiving IMO
And then on 1/25/23, 8 days after Foreign’s post, snpw tweeted the Elba announcement.
