Mr. Ciavanella, CEO of Elys filed notice 13 with SEC that the three members of board of governors and also CFO have resigned and he is the sole board member and CFO now. Looks to be a funding issue since financial reports have not been filed. On this site look at filings. Until some issues are resolved company is not obviously trading although still as I can tell still operating.
