the comment section is a 30-60 day period. If we are days or weeks away from registration approval can we say sometime in the month of August?
30 days puts us say sometime in Sept and 60 sometime in October.
With that said: the DE large exchange should go live then and any company that has been screened by the DE/ SEC will be trading.
I guess what needs clarifying; will companies trading on the exchange have to be listed before they can trade?
