Its for new plants bucc... How many new cement plants are there going to be build between now and 2015, not many I can tell you that, especially when the economy goes sideways. Between 2001 & 2008 there was a housing boom and the then current installations could process the demand of that time, so I don't see the point of building new plants now. For what?! Not saying there won't be any in a two year timespan but they won't affect GTGP' business. Our focus is on the hundreds old(er) kilns that need to comply...
