only the wizard's excuses for going quiet and refusing to disclose to shareholders and the SEC.
when you find out what he's hiding in a blatant manner, this time, it will be much too late.
you don't set up a side company (SolRay), 8 months ago, and never disclose nor explain the competitive website promoting "best solar panels" and USA manufacturing for any reason that will benefit Snpw shareholders.
IMHO, ceo got bagged with setting up covert side company and extraordinary SG&A expenses, with zero sales, and had to go quiet to avoid SEC bring out the bigger microscopes before he had a chance to come up with a story.
we all have our opinions. but some opinions have made senses after months while others' tea leaves continually dry up.
