My concern with this approach is that hammering an organization with a message board, amateurish email campaign is first of all a bad look. Second of all, a distraction to people of consequence. And lastly, often has the opposite result of the intended one.
Think the Janet Woodcock campaign that may or may have not resulted in an RTF.
Tanya and BOD may get paid handsomely for one zoom call per month, but it takes a lot of money to pay a BOD at platform biopharma company. To attract talent, at a subdued payroll level as we are, we need to maintain a status quo. Resets are expensive and executives are not cheap. In our case, they are dedicated.
We need not burden them with a bunch of speculation from an internet message board. If theres significant raw data suggesting Tanya needs some heat, then please share.
