1. DE will make its money on how many shares of all of its companies trade
2. Main Street growth act Joe wrote 8 of the 12 pages of the preliminary bill first venture market exchange when bill is passed .. hoping national politics doesn't keep delaying(Venture exchange) but he said most of everyone in congress is for it ..not sure why the delay
3. When SEC approval will have another webinar for a more detailed information.. launch date companies involved etc etc..
4. hoping to launch this fall … don’t expect it to be a long wait
5. Venture exchange will have to wait for Congress to get( “off their asses” my verbiage)
