1.000 pages of pre filing paperwork sent to SEC on July 5th 2024..
2. SEC has acknowledged receipt and reviewing
3. Once approval is complete "weeks away" go to SEC.gov and you will see what they sent in for Public to review
4. For larger exchange they are waiting for Bill to pass pushed this til next year because Congress/politics is so unpredictable
