Surely they can't say they have a groundbreaking announcement and then talk about the Main Stream Growth Act which Lord knows when or if it will ever get through congress? When they do a groundbreaking on a new building it means they are about to start but it could take months or even years. Let's hope they actually give us an SEC update and maybe a confirmation of their intent to launch this fall. Financials are due in just over two weeks.
