These small regional banks I follow are flying under the radar of most investors and that represents a massive opportunity for us. I have a list of over 200 banks that are under the scrutiny of the FDIC that I check on from time to time. True, some of these banks will be going the way of the passenger pigeon but a few of them are going to blossom and do so in a big way. We may as well keep our radar turned on and grab shares of the ones that are beginning to move.
