Snpw ceo, also SolRay ceo, interfering with Snpw subsidiary’s and its partner’s’ agreements by
promoting same solar product categories, as Snpw public company, as well as supposedly being manufactured in the USA.
Looks like some meddling on the part of SolRay representatives, also directly involved with known Snpw/Spp publicly traded company’s business, led by the same ceo as Snpw ceo.
Then consider the damage over past 8 months with no statement by Snow ceo and no disclosures filed before Snpw filed its Form 15 (went dark) on July 15,2024.
