No, Univec is not listed on an exchange. We trade OTC Markets, that is not an exchange.
The Dream Exchange would probably be just as good as the Nasdaq because I think we would get a lot of free publicity listing on the DE. Mutual funds can buy any stock listed on an exchange even if it trades less than $5. If we are OTC, their requirement is $5 because the SEC has that cut off for "penny" stocks.
