Forward-looking shit may be restricted is my guess.  It's a miracle Rauber even quit being a coward and actually decided to have a conference call at all.  Still, if there's any questions he can't answer for whatever reasons for example "competitive reasons" can't name customers or "legal reasons" can't comment on a lawsuit then just F'in say that instead of avoiding the question all together.

My expectations are pretty low on the communication front from Rauber so maybe he surprises me/us positively.
