Maybe so though " Key at times is social change" so perhaps not necessary overall. I don't think social change would be a prerequisite for Univec's initial launch of all its listed wraparound services, official merge or partnership with TIME org., a business partnership with IR-Med etc. It may be a 'set go' once the Univec Health website is activated which I think will happen prior to any involvement with the Dream Exchange.
