IMHO, down to last week. SEC filings has July 31, 2024 deadlines on them for a reason. Maybe read what a 12(g)4 as part of a Form 15 filing actually means. LOL

imagine this ceo stating money, by his side company (to get 30% of SPPC) was used for a 3rd party to sell solar products in April 2023? Then have to finally let the public know, in an unaudited 2023 annual report (not filed w/ SEC), about ZERO SALES in the 15 months following his side company's loan agreement (for 3rd party sales personnel) with SPPC.
what a nightmare! you can't make this shit up. Then can't help notice the SRnrg employment postings have been removed after the indeed link and another link were posted in here.
