By what action is the CEO fulfilling his Fiduciary duties.
A) Currently not having the resources to pay SEC required filings thus the company is forced to enter the expert market leading to bankruptcy and total shareholder loss ?

Currently not having the resources to pay SEC required filings thus CEO files Form 15 and goes dark until such time company resources meet need?
