Don’t Care what color your skin is! Don’t care what color his skin is! Don’t care for DEI ! This country was built on Meritocracy where EVERYONE is allowed to succeed on their own merits. People confuse Equality with equity but they are not the same thing. One destroys Hope and the other gives Hope. IMHO the DEI movement has destroyed Hope in this country.
