Every hypothesis Olm has presented would have to be tested scientifically so that would hardly constitute insider knowledge even if one were tested. If during a conversation Dr. JL said that he hadn't told anybody yet but Pfizer was buying us, that would be insider trading but only if he acted on and still very hard to prove if he has been buying stock from time to time.
