I get your frustration, you brought in on the FOMO of Medrecycler.
What I don't get is you blaming Campanella after he followed the letter of the law that was in place at the time and received a letter of "intent to approve" from the RI-DEM for the location chosen and the environmental safety of the process after RI-DEM completed its final review of the application after taking two plus year reviewing the process.
Where in that scenario do you see yourself being scammed?
