Maybe those pumpers are staying but IMO
1) snpw being delinquent on their sec filings (IF it turns out that interference by a few individuals caused the delay in funding and thus caused the company to need a RS then I have no problem with silent running for a while).
2) Solray - what’s the deal (if Solray was offering product at this time and was an operational company actually doing business then I might be concern., but since it is not and are planning to sell made in the usa products there is plenty of time for it to made part of the SNPW family and added to the filings.)
3)8-k for Australia partnership - where is it - etc. (Since SPPC are ready had an office of operation at that address in Australia and already has a working relationship with GEP in effect was an 8k needed?)
