dbergh...I just checked again and couldn't find anything yet backing my statement about 4th amendment referencing President and his VP however from some effort this morning it appears if both potential Trump/Rubio President/VP reside in same state they risk losing delegates where as if potential President and VP reside in different states they don't.risk a possible delegate having reside in the same state so Trump may not take that risk.
