Thanks Sean. I haven't paid much attention to the Nader/KK criminal trial because it has so little, if any, bearing on the future of Leronlimab, CYDY, or its shareholders. That said, I would be very surprised if both defendants did not eventually plead guilty to insider trading. If they don't plead out, I would expect them to be convicted at trial.
For CYDY, its management, and shareholders, the looming criminal trial of its former CEO was never as important as the resolution of the Amarex arbitration, but neither of these legal matters has ever approached the potential significance of the coming in vivo and clinical trial results as well as looming partnership deals. That's where I believe our collective focus should squarely be. I feel confident that Dr Jay would heartily agree.
