find out if Snpw owns "more or less than 50%" of the foreign private company's shares. in other words, is Sun Pacific Power Australia Pty Ltd a Controlled Foreign Corporation (CFC).
find out if any if any individual shareholders own 10% or more of the foreign private company's shares
find out why it is NOT a Snpw wholly owned subsidiary
