I think what's lost is the core.
We were to file a BLA in multiple countries.
Not just US FDA. We were cleared to file.
Amarex & "management", to me, easily did more than $50-$100m in damage. BLA approval from any country would have easily boosted the sp by that amount, @ that time, with that share structure.
My solice is we're far more multi-faceted then when these crimes happened. We're not even the same Cytodyn since having hired Sidley.
To me it's pick your battles because we are so aligned with potentially large scale change, that the longer we hold out, the more self inflicting it becomes to us.
I mean wow --- FDA. Samsung. Amarex.
We're all cleaned up.
