Doesn’t mean shit! It’s not a subsidiary as you clowns tried to promote. It’s financials will not be consolidated with Snpw’s financials. Public will not own any ordinary shares of Spp australia pty ltd. Sun Pacific Power Corp will not own shares.
It is a privately owned foreign registered shell company for off shore purposes with a snpw only owning a certain % of the shares.
Ask yourself why Spp Australia pty ltd was not set up as a subsidiary?
Then ask yourself why SolRay has not been set up as a subsidiary after 7 months.
