Mikey is a leach, he reportedly has multiple accounts in collusion with a couple/few corrupt MM's and he will block the ask with huge numbers, stack the bid with large numbers and if need be sell to himself to try and generate a panic.

Is he all of it, probably not, but he is very much involved IMO.
