If the wizard and his securities attorney tries to wait out the SEC we could get a peek at some published comment letters from the commission?
Maybe SolRay is using a fiscal year calendar with a November 30th fiscal year end date and why they were firmed before November 30, 2023? Them lanel them an acquisition target for Snpw to get relief with its horrendous 2023 10-k and 2024 10-Q. But that relief time, as always, appears to be running out. lol
Form a shell company, SolRay, with no assets and no 8-K announcing its financials, avoid making SolRay a subsidiary, but, perhaps, use it as an acquisition target to drag out Snpw (acquirer) horrendous filings for 8 months. Meanwhile, possible registered or unregistered (lol) sale of Snpw securities are behind the curtain.
