I have it on record that DREAM EXCHANGE is not waiting for MAIN STREET GROWTH act. There is 2 exchanges being launched, the first one which can launch by fall I have been hearing and the second one yes is called Venture Exchange I think, that one needs the MAIN STREET GROWTH ACT. But the initial launch and regular stock exchange does not need anything to pass. So want to squash those rumors now.
