Guesses were Dec/Jan of a settled payment.
Take this money & the # of milestones Mgt can move frwd with instead of waiting 5-7 months, is a great result.
If we were a fledgling company, without so much to gain beyond this dirty baggage, then yes, you'd fight for more $$$.
But the verification that the company & drug, were screwed over by it's CRO, adds a shit load of credibility on also applying for things like NIH grants, foreign grants, etc...etc...
An aspect they won't say in a press release.
Another good business win for us...thanks to thus Mgt taking a common sense approach.
