$RSPI may not get filings done before the end of the Grace Period which expires July 17 so it might go on Experts Markets for a few days > weeks.
All it needs to do to get OTC Pink Limited can be seen at the link below:
The company is in contact with otcmarkets.com so may be negotiating an extension to the Grace Period.
It could also negotiate a move to the Alternate Reporting Standard - which many OTC tickers are - then it would only need to file the 2023 Annual Report + get the Company Profile verified and it would be good through to April 2025 trading as OTC Pink Limited without having to do the 2024 Q1, Q2 or Q3.
It doesn't have to do all the missed filings to date.
