Felony wont be tossed, conviction was for actions initiated before he was president so no 'official acts' come into play.
Jan 6th unfolded before our eyes; 60 days of that bullshit 'stop the steal', fake electors, and then Orange Hitler incited his credulous, dumb ass, supporters to do everything we witnessed.
Zero evidence that the FBI erected the scaffolding to 'hang Mike Pence' or that members of the FBI defecated inside the Capitol.
FBI didn't hoist Mrs. Alito's treason weasel flags either.
